Exporters of certain industrial chemical substances or mixtures are required to notify the U.S. EPA of export activities and it is important to understand the statutory requirements and the notification process. This session will provide an overview of section 12(b) of TSCA including the two types of reporting (one-time and annual), threshold triggers for reporting and what type of information must be reported.
