Manufacturers, importers, processors and distributors of chemical substances in commerce have a reporting obligation under TSCA section 8(c) when new information is obtained that potentially indicates a conclusion of substantial risk to health or the environment. This session will provide an overview of section 8(e), discuss what constitutes substantial risk and outline what a companies reporting requirements are for reporting information to the US EPA.
